Founded in 1996, with a registered capital of 29 million, Changchun New Industry Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (CNI) is a high-tech enterprise who is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of products such as lasers and laser systems, spectrum analyzers, teaching and experimental equipment, laser measurement equipment, laser processing equipment, machine vision and photoelectric detection. It also provides design and processing services for precision machinery, optical components and optical coating products.

The products are characterized by small size, long service life, strong environmental adaptability and convenience in use. They are widely used in fields including scientific research, teaching experiments, instrument manufacturing, biomedicine, precision measurement, entertainment display, spectrum analysis, material processing, process control and online detection.
The factory covers an area of 34,000 square meters and features six modern production facilities, with R&D and manufacturing spaces totaling 45,000 square meters. CNI has over 650 employees, including 8 research professors, 6 doctoral researchers and more than 120 engineers. With a robust technical team, the company holds 65 patents and has successfully completed over 30 projects funded by national programs such as the National 863 Program, the Science and Technology Support Program, Innovation Funds, and international collaboration initiatives.
The company has successfully obtained several internationally recognized certifications, including ISO9001 for its quality management system, U.S. FDA approval, Japan’s JQA certification, European CE certification, and RoHS compliance. Every optical product manufactured by the company is crafted in a Class 100 cleanroom facility and undergoes rigorous testing, while each electromechanical component is meticulously produced and carefully selected. Today, CNI products are proudly exported to over 120 countries, earning a strong reputation on the global stage.
