Filter

A filter is an optical component that allows light of specific wavelengths to pass through, while reflecting or attenuating light of other wavelength bands. Its advantages include high peak transmittance, a flat passband spectrum, excellent cutoff over a wide wavelength range, and good humidity and temperature stability.

Raman filter assembly

Raman filters block high-intensity laser light while ensuring high transmittance of Raman scattering spectra. The Raman filter modules provided by CNI adopt the ion beam sputtering coating process with Veeco equipment.

Linear Variable-Length Wavepass Filter (LVLWP)

The coating thickness on the lens is uneven, resulting in a gradually varying long-wave cutoff range across its surface. This type of coating is commonly used to block higher-order diffracted light from gratings and is positioned in front of the CCD detector in fiber-optic spectrometers. A quartz substrate was coated using ion-sputtering technology, achieving reduced autofluorescence as well as an exceptionally high laser damage threshold.
The standard model dimensions provided by CNI are 41.4mm × 9.5mm × 1mm.

Notch filter

Narrow-band notch filters are used in Raman spectroscopy and instrument amplifiers to reduce or prevent audio feedback, while having minimal impact on the rest of the spectrum. Other names for this type of filter include "band-limiting filter," "T-shaped notch filter," "band-stop filter," and "band-rejection filter."

Bandpass filter

A bandpass filter is an optical component that allows light of specific wavelengths to pass through while reflecting (or attenuating) light from other wavelength ranges. Its operating range can span the ultraviolet, visible, near-infrared, and far-infrared regions, depending on the customer’s application requirements.
Product applications: biochemistry, healthcare, image recognition, detection sensing, laser systems, and more.

Product materials: K9 glass, quartz glass, and more.

Interference Cut-off Filter

Interference cutoff filters feature a periodic structure composed of alternating high- and low-refractive-index layers. The main product types include long-wavepass and short-wavepass filters, which offer exceptional characteristics such as steep transmission slopes, stable spectral performance, and extended service life.

Longpass filter: UV~500 nm R ≥ 99.99%, 530~1200 nm T ≥ 95.99%

Shortwave-pass filter: 700~900 nm, R ≥ 99.99%; 400~680 nm, T ≥ 95.99%
