Micro Raman Spectrum Measurement System


The micro Raman spectrum measurement system enables visual precision positioning, allowing operators to detect Raman signals from different surface states of a sample while simultaneously displaying the micro-zone status of the detected position on a computer. This greatly facilitates Raman micro-zone detection, making "what you see is what you measure" possible. By integrating an optimized confocal microscopy module with an advanced Raman measurement system, the platform combines precise optical design matched with infinity-corrected microscopic optics, optimized light path arrangements, and flexible structural modular combinations. Additionally, the high-quality lasers and spectrometers provided by CNI offer customers a wider range of options.
