Note: The brightness of the light depends on the laser's output power. The length of the light beam is determined by two factors: 1. the angle between the edge of the surface and the laser axis; and 2. the distance between the laser’s emission aperture and the receiving surface. All wavelengths can be customized according to customer specifications.
◆ Road, railway, tunnel, and high-speed rail inspections
CNI offers specialized lasers for engineering applications such as road inspection, railway inspection, tunnel inspection, and high-speed rail detection. Available options include 808nm and 915nm line lasers/structured light solutions, with beam angles ranging from 5° to 100°. Additionally, the line width of these lasers/structured lights can be customized to 1mm, 2mm, or other specific requirements.

◆ Machine Vision Dedicated Line Laser/Structured Light
CNI offers a linear laser solution for machine vision, featuring precise stripe patterns, uniform power distribution, and sharp edges. Brightness uniformity reaches up to 85%, with power stability better than 0.5% and linearity error below 0.1%. Available fan angles include 7°, 10°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°.
Features: Line uniformity, adjustable focusing capability—customizable continuous-adjustable line-width lenses available upon request.

◆ Long-distance transmission with fiber-optic line lasers / structured light
CNI offers long-distance transmission of line lasers and structured light systems via fiber optics. Common options include green, blue, red, and near-infrared line lasers/structured lights, with angles available in 30°, 60°, 75°, and 90° configurations—and we can also customize solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Features: Line lasers and structured light features clear, uniform quality with continuously adjustable line widths.
