F-Theta Field Scanning Lens

  • F-theta mirrors, combined with oscillators, are used in laser marking, welding, engraving, and more.
  • Depending on the power and pulse width of the input laser, the field lenses typically used are made of either standard optical glass, pure quartz, or a mixture of both. All-quartz field lenses are commonly employed in high-power laser and picosecond laser applications.
  • Beam width is uniform, with aberration below 1%.
