Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design, installation, and trial operation of mechanical equipment and related components' drawings; also tasked with developing operating procedures for the machinery.
2. Promptly carry out technical upgrades or adjustments to address any defects in mechanical equipment, and take responsibility for implementing and overseeing maintenance, upgrades, and other related tasks to ensure equipment operates in optimal condition.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher;
2, Possesses strong logical analysis skills, effective communication and coordination abilities, and a solid foundation in professional theoretical knowledge.
3, Good English proficiency, capable of conducting simple English conversations and reading optoelectronics-related technical literature.
4. Possesses the ability to proactively identify, analyze, and solve problems; approaches tasks with precision, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Possess strong professional ethics, a sense of teamwork, humility, practicality, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
6. Honest, upright, quick-thinking, outgoing, excellent communicator, and highly proactive at work.
