Ultraviolet & Single-Frequency Lasers



Our new line of deep-ultraviolet continuous-wave lasers offers wavelengths from 193 nm to 400 nm—including 261 nm, 266 nm, 320 nm, and 355 nm—with output power up to 4 W. Featuring long lifetime, high reliability, excellent stability, and low noise, they are ideal for semiconductor inspection, metrology, and precision machining.
Our high-power single-frequency lasers cover the full spectrum from ultraviolet to infrared, delivering up to 20 W output with a linewidth as narrow as 10 kHz and RMS noise as low as 0.02%. They are perfectly suited for Raman spectroscopy, laser holography, coherent measurements, Brillouin scattering, spectral analysis, quantum communication, color-center detection, and particle-size analysis.
Single-Frequency Fiber Lasers

CNI’s fiber laser series focuses on single-frequency operation, offering picosecond, nanosecond, and high-stability CW models with low noise and narrow linewidth. These lasers are widely used in communications, laser ranging, medical aesthetics, optical instruments, interferometry, holography, and spectral analysis.
Lasers for Processing, LIBS, Radar, Confocal Microscopy & Femtosecond Applications

Laser Processing Sources (355 nm, 532 nm, 1064 nm): Long lifetime, narrow pulse width, excellent performance in processing metals, plastics, and glass.
LIBS & Radar Sources (266 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm, 1064 nm): Industrial-grade, high energy, high repetition rate, capable of 24/7 operation with stable output and strong environmental adaptability (–20°C to +60°C, high humidity tolerance).
Confocal Light Source: Integrated optoelectronic laser combiner supporting single- or multi-wavelength output, multiple channels, TTL/analog modulation, RS232 control, and stable single-mode polarization-maintaining fiber output. Fiber-coupling options enable full-spectrum coverage.
Femtosecond Lasers (266 nm, 343 nm, 355 nm, 515 nm, 532 nm, 780 nm, 1030 nm, 1064 nm, 1560 nm): Excellent beam quality, high stability, and ultra-narrow pulse widths, ideal for industrial processing, scientific research, and biomedical applications.
Fiber-coupled laser

Ultra-compact integrated optoelectronic lasers covering 375 nm–1550 nm, with optional free-space or fiber output. Easily integrated into flow cytometers, spectroscopic analyzers, and other devices.
Machine Vision Light Sources

Our new laser series offers a wide selection of wavelengths and powers, featuring outstanding beam quality, high stability, and easy integration—making them high-performance sources for 3D scanning and dimensional inspection. We also provide customizable diffractive optical modules to generate uniform grids or multi-line patterns, meeting advanced needs in 3D sensing and barcode scanning.
High-power module

Available in single- or multi-wavelength configurations (e.g., 532 nm, 577 nm, 808 nm, 980 nm, 1470 nm) with power ranging from mW to W. Customized to meet specific requirements in biomedicine, ophthalmology, surgery, and related fields.
Power meter/spectral analysis system components, etc.

As a laser system designer and manufacturer, we understand the practical needs for laser measurement and analysis. We offer a wide range of metrology equipment—power meters, spectrometers, spatial light modulators, beam profilers, and more—and develop integrated systems including lasers, spectrometers, fluorescence/Raman probes, and software.
We provide customized solutions such as:

- Absorption / transmission / reflection spectroscopy detection systems
